Pavagadh hill near baroda is the easiest to reach week end spot popular all over Gujarat.But after few days of rains it becomes its hill station too.There is good ''swiss' style cabin ropeway here which invites you to climb up its 842 feet height looking down the machi village spot amidst
clouds' at such a low heights! after rains only.Forest around the hills are also inviting for the nature lovers.Do expect massive crowds of devottees around days when any devi worship is ordained as on the top of the hill is the ancient Amba mata devi temple.There is adequate stay and food facility .we go when nobody goes and we can come back in few hours as it is 40 kms away from Baroda city.
